Page & Pixel is a web design studio based in the United Kingdom. We build fast, modern websites for small businesses. You can contact us at hello@pagepixel.co.uk.

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• The message or brief you submit

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Discuss and deliver the services you request
• Send you relevant information about your project

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your enquiry details for up to 12 months from the date of first contact. If we enter into a working relationship, we may retain relevant communications for up to 3 years for legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Enquiry form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms. Netlify is a US-based service that complies with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data may be stored on servers outside the UK, but is handled in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection — object to us processing your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@pagepixel.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyse how visitors use our website. We only place tracking cookies with your consent.

When you first visit our site, a banner will ask for your preference:

• Accept — we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Decline — no tracking cookies are set and no data is sent to third parties.

Your preference is saved in your browser (localStorage) and respected on every future visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us at hello@pagepixel.co.uk.

We also use Google Fonts, which may set a performance cookie. No personally identifiable data is collected through this.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We recommend checking back periodically.
